On April 25 of this year, the Great Cleanup took place in the area surrounding Daugavpils Culture Palace. The event was joyfully and enthusiastically attended by Culture Palace staff, our cooperation partners, and city residents. We sincerely thank everyone who joined us \u2014 representatives of the Daugavpils City Council, members of the associations “Solis Plus” and “DisCreation,” students from Saska\u0146as Primary School, children from the local neighborhood preschool, as well as local residents. Your participation and hard work not only helped clean up the environment, but also brought positive emotions and strengthened our sense of community.<\/p>\n
The head of DVPI “Daugavpils Culture Palace,” Astr\u012bda Le\u0161\u010dinska, shared: \u201cThrough our joint efforts, we collected 100 bags of waste, making the surroundings of the Culture Palace cleaner and tidier. Thank you for your responsiveness and for setting a great example of caring for our environment!\u201d<\/p>\n
We are proud that during the cleanup, together with the young helpers, we planted flowers in the Culture Palace courtyard, while the Culture Palace staff diligently organized the basement areas.<\/p>\n
