On June 1, the photography exhibition “A Moment Between Seconds” by photographer Margarita Vigule was opened, symbolically marking the beginning of Daugavpils City Festival Week.
The exhibition invites visitors to pause amid the rush of everyday life and notice what often goes unseen — genuine emotions, the power of movement, and the intensity of life. The photographs capture the people of Daugavpils, sporting events, cultural life, and the rhythm of everyday moments, revealing the city’s unique energy and character.
The artist’s works tell a story of authenticity, of moments free from pretense, and of the ability to find beauty in everyday life. Each photograph preserves emotions and memories that together form the shared story of our city.
The exhibition will be on view until June 30.
