On August 21 at 8:00 PM, the courtyard of the Forštate Cultural Space will be transformed into the enchanting atmosphere of the French music evening “In the Lights of Paris”, featuring singer Lidija Breska. Visitors are invited to spend a romantic summer evening enjoying beloved French melodies and embarking on a symbolic journey through the world of French music.
Beginning at 8:00 PM, the musical programme will feature popular French songs, filling the illuminated courtyard with elegance, lightness, and the unmistakable charm of Paris. The evening will also include wine tastings and special workshops, offering guests an opportunity to discover French culture. A specially designed photo zone will provide the perfect setting for capturing unforgettable memories. From 10:00 PM, the celebration will continue with a DJ and dancing to the rhythms of French music.
A prize draw will also take place during the evening, giving visitors the chance to win surprise gifts. Guests are encouraged to dress in Parisian style—berets, striped shirts, and red accents are welcome—to help create an authentic French atmosphere.
To fully enjoy the event, visitors are encouraged to reserve a table in advance and bring their own picnic basket.
The number of places is limited. Admission: €10. Tickets are already available through Biļešu Paradīze and at the box office of the Daugavpils Culture Palace.
